The vision of developing information and communication technology (ICT) in Universitas Brawijaya (UB) is:

  1. Making Universitas Brawijaya as a leading university and able to compete across national boundaries in terms of development, application, service, and mastery of information and communication technology.

The mission of developing information and communication technology in Universitas Brawijaya are:

  1. Making information and communication technology as a supporting tool that accelerates the progress of Universitas Brawijaya.
  2. Organizing the education process with the help of information and communication technology.
  3. Developing and disseminating science and technology with the support of information and communication technology.
  4. Providing integrated information and communication technology-based services to support academic, administrative, research, community service, and teaching and learning activities.

 

All ICT Unit activities are aimed at:

  1. Providing information technology support in the implementation of academic, administrative, research, community service, and teaching and learning activities.
  2. Assessing information and communication technology to ensure the availability of information technology that is up-to-date, reliable and can meet the needs of the university in carrying out its activities.
  3. Developing information and communication technology in order to provide an appropriate ICT-based system to assist in the implementation of university activities.
  4. Providing information and communication technology services for all UB academicians in order to help the university progress.
