Regulation Microsoft Software Usage

1. Usage of Microsoft software is allowed for Lecturer, Staff, and Institution/Organization under Universitas Brawijaya.
2. User is prohibited from spreading the Microsoft software and its License Product Key by any means. Violation will be subjected to punishment by Universitas Brawijaya or the regulation in Republik Indonesia.
3. The usage of this software is only effective on the agreement period of UB and Microsoft. If the agreement period expired and not renewed, user must delete the Microsoft software obtained from this license.

Procedure

Requirements and procedure to get the software :

To get the Microsoft software, contact Helpdesk TIK UB and fulfill the following requirements :

1. Filling out and signing the Formulir Pendaftaran dan Perjanjian Lisensi Pengguna Akhir.
2. Attaching a copy of staff ID card.
3. Paying the media duplication cost (CD/DVD).
4. After the software installed, contact TIK for activation.
