What is MCA?
MCA stands for Microsoft Campus Agreement, an annual licensing registration program aimed to fulfill the need of higher education (campus).

What software covered by the license ?

Who have the rights to use the licensed software?
MCA software is available for Lecturers, Staff, and Institution under Universitas Brawijaya.

How to get the licensed software ?
To get MCA licensed software, please fill out the registration form and attach your staff ID card. Then you will get the software and the License Product Key.

If I no longer work as a staff of Universitas Brawijaya, will I still be able to use the license?
No, the software must be erased from the computer if you’re no longer work as a staff of Universitas Brawijaya.

Can I buy Microsoft software by myself?
It is permitted, but it is not advised because it would be a waste. Universitas Brawijaya already has Microsoft agreement, and it should be used optimally.

What if the Microsoft software that i need is not listed in this license?
Universitas Brawijaya only provide and license Microsoft software listed in MCA. If the software that you need is not listed in MCA, please get it legally from Microsoft.

Can my computer run the software provided under this license?

To make sure that your computer can run a specific version of software, please check the following minimum requirements and make sure that your computer have similar or better specifications.
